Our Short and Sweet Wedding has been thoughtfully created for couples who want an intimate country wedding surrounded by their closest family and friends, without the stress, cost and months of planning that often come with a larger celebration.
Available on selected Wednesdays, this beautifully styled four hour wedding experience is designed for 10 to 30 guests and gives you exclusive use of the Shearer's Wool Shed for both your ceremony and celebration.
We'll prepare and style the Shearer's Wool Shed using our rustic wedding décor, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your special day. All you need to do is arrive, exchange your vows and celebrate with the people who matter most.
Your package includes four hours' exclusive use of the Shearer's Wool Shed, beautifully styled tables and décor, tables and chairs, wine barrels, crockery, cutlery, glassware, modern flushing toilet facilities, and a tea and coffee station. Both your ceremony and celebration take place inside the Shearer's Wool Shed, allowing you and your guests to relax and enjoy every moment together in one beautiful setting.
You're welcome to arrange your own celebrant, photographer, flowers, cake, music and catering, giving you the flexibility to personalise your wedding while we take care of preparing and styling the venue.

To personalise your wedding day, you'll simply need to arrange the following:
- Celebrant (we're happy to provide the contact details of a local celebrant if required)
- Photographer (we're happy to recommend local photographers if required)
- DJ or music for your ceremony and reception (we're happy to provide the contact details of local DJs if required)
- Flowers
- Wedding cake
- Catering or refreshments
- BYO sparkling wine or Champagne for your guests after the ceremony
- Drinks for your guests during the reception (we kindly ask that drinks be supplied in cans where possible, as we're proud to support a local young man's can collecting business. Using cans also helps reduce the risk of broken glass around the venue.)
